« on: November 12, 2011, 11:01:19 AM »
Firstly, thanks to Marie-Claude Lortie of La Presse for linking us to three items in English on the reality of hateful, violent, sexist abuse of women journalists, columnists, bloggers and even online commenters: http://blogues.cyberpresse.ca/lortie/2011/11/11/merci-2/ (en français)

In New Statesman - Helen Lewis-Hasteley

Yeah, this was going on all week on Twitter and I sent the idea to my editor. Both Heather and I did pieces. They asked Rosie too but I don't think she did one. I believe they are running tomorrow.
Mine is on the front of Insight.  :p

More links here and here and here and here.

The Twitter stream is here.

Antonia, I can't find your piece in The Star. All I find by you with the search is an article about Remembrance Day.

The Star site is not very well organized...

The site sucks.
From here it looks as though they keep changing their minds about how to grow it. It's going in several directions at once.

I don't want to hijack this thread but let's just say there are issues.
