Basically saying the ship 'moved'. Does that mean it's going to completely turn upside down? It's been said on teevee (but so far not print) that the Captain went off course because he wanted to be very close to land so the family of the Head Chef could be waved at  :o  They found another body but can't get to it. 29 missing.

And WTF was the Guardian thinking? http://guardian.newspaperdirect.com/epaper/viewer.aspx

Or is that just Brit humour?

Der Spiegel is a very good news source, and now they translate many of their articles into English online. They call this (beyond captain's incompetence) a Maritime disaster waiting to happen. Looking at the pics of the big boat, the damned thing looks top-heavy. Decks upon decks, and very little underneath.

Note the precision of illustrations and graphs. These things are nuts. http://www.spiegel.de/international/europe/0,1518,810761,00.html
