I think those energy drinks probably have the same type of stimulants used in non-drowsy anti-histamines.

Boom-Boom, I only have had the sugar-free kind. It sort of tastes like a light cherry soda, a little tart. It's not bad, and I am no pop drinker. Ever.

I have half a small bottle (591 ml) of Diet Pepsi every night - with a lot of ice cubes. 0 calories, 59 mg caffeine. Sometimes I alternate with the same amount of ginger ale or orange crush. Helps the digestion. I like sucking on the ice cubes afterwards.
