A general, all-purpose thread for questions like this:
Sometime in the last week, I read somewhere -- maybe here, maybe there, God knows where I'm reading these days -- a hair-curling report on stupid things someone (Bush himself?) in the U.S. administration has said about who has responsibility for the deterioration of infrastructure, with the kind of nasty implication that the collapse of the bridge in Minneapolis was the fault of local and state politicians, not an over-spent militarized Bush admin. Or something like that.
Anyone know what I'm talking about? Or where I read it?
