Do Harper and Obama know about this? Do they support this kind of inhumane punishment on Palestinians?

Poo Spray on innocents - http://www.middleeastmonitor.com/news/middle-east/5416-israeli-security-forces-spray-raw-sewage-at-palestinian-homes

Skunk Spray on a funeral procession - http://www.btselem.org/video/2012/02_skunk_hebron

Dehumanizing, not to mention unhealthy. Collective punishment is prohibited under Article 33 of the 4th Geneva Convention, but Israel gets away with it. Israel's rulers have become the HATERS and the Nazis of our time.

I just want to mention that I can't find any independent sources for this, even RT is staying away from it, prolly wanting a better source.  It was most likely skunk spray, Palestinians call it shit. Reuters describes it in 2012  - http://www.reuters.com/article/2012/09/03/us-israel-palestinians-skunk-idUSBRE88208W20120903

Harretz tells us in 2004 it was needed for better crowd control - http://www.haaretz.com/news/israel-develops-skunk-bomb-for-riot-control-situations-1.135003

Ah Ynet posts about Skunk Spray March 5, 2013 (translation) - http://www.ynet.co.il/articles/0,7340,L-4352465,00.html and a Richard Silverstein reports it on March 6, 2013, I'm shocked the comments reflect nothing on what is actually happening. http://www.richardsilverstein.com/2013/03/06/idf-skunk-cannon-odorizes-west-bank/
