The cortisone doesn't work very well - that's the problem. I would need the "irrigation" in my hands every month, but the physician says that's not in the cards. But he injects cortisone in my shoulder every month.
Why not irrigate my hands every month? Because the specialist is only available quarterly, and it has to be done at the hospital under X-ray. And there has to be emergency facilities available in case of a reaction or other emergency.
