That is awesome. As a kid, I could never even figure out double-dutch.

Where would they find that many girls who could all train together and hit such a high standard equally? I can't imagine a single school would produce all of them.

I vaguely remember being able to do double-dutch a few times, but it's tricky because you're always growing at that point in your life - once you finally master it, you're too tall to stay under the rope...

To me, it's the stamina as much as the tricks that makes that performance amazing. After that, who needs to watch a boring basketball game with a bunch of lumbering gyus who probably can't do any tricks at all?   (and the gyus in the audience would seem to agree...)

Oh, yes, the gyus in the audience were very enthusiastic. I don't even mean that ironically -- I think they really appreciated what skill that took. They looked happy.

Wow. That's incredible. Gonna google and find out more and post to the blog! Thanks!

I was a champ skipper back in the day. Still know all the old songs, and recently taught them to a 7 year old niece. I don't think girls know these things anymore, do they? (And remember clapping games?)

Now, even if my knees could could handle the pounding, i am not sure my bladder could. :geezera:
